SOUL

Wake up slowly, with gratitude — stretch, take 3 deep breaths, and mentally list 3 things you’re grateful for (your soft life, your love, your freedom)
Light movement — a little stretching, light yoga, or a walk, just to ease your body awake
Tea, water, or a favorite drink — something cozy or luxurious to start your day
Affirmations / Journaling (5-10 mins)
Write or say:I am safe in ease.
I am worthy of soft love and abundant support.
I trust life to be good to me.
I create for joy, not for validation.
I am an icon already, living my wish fulfilled.
Life Check-in — What feels exciting to do today?
Jot down 1-3 quick ideas, even if they’re small or silly.
Midday
Playful creative time —No pressure.
Break — eat something good, step outside, put on a feel-good playlist, or have a little dance session in your office
Evening
Reflect on the good moments — jot down or mentally note what made you smile today
Quality time — with your love one, a friend, or yourself
A little ritual — candle, incense, a bath, skincare, a book, or meditation
Soft Life Reminder: “I get to live this. I don’t owe struggle anything.”
Freefall Ritual
(To fully drop into your safe, loved, held reality)
Set the mood:
Play your favorite calming or uplifting music
Light a candle or some incense
Wear something cozy or luxurious
Sit comfortably or lay down
Place your hands on your heart and take 3 slow breaths.
Repeat aloud or in your head:
I am safe now.
I am loved.
I am supported in ways I once dreamed of.
It is safe for me to relax, receive, and be held.
I no longer have to hustle to be worthy.
I freefall into softness.
I trust my joy.
I lean into the beauty of ease.
This is my birthright.
I am no longer surviving. I am living.
And I am so, so grateful.
Visualize:
Imagine yourself floating weightlessly in a warm, golden light — no tension, no bracing.
Your fiancé’s steady love, your beautiful space, your thriving content, your aligned future — all supporting you like soft waves beneath you.
Stay there for a few minutes
Let your body fully unclench.
When you’re ready:
Open your eyes and smile, knowing you’re exactly where you belong.
